Preparation and creative development of food within the framework of community meals Development of varied menu suggestions and interim packages Creation of food plans and legally required suspensions in cooperation with the property management Planning and implementation of internal catering Ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements, in particular in the fields of hygiene and occupational safety Professional leadership and guidance of a team of up to 20 employees Implementation of quality assurance and quality control measures Cash settlement and the organisation of the trade Own movement of goods and control of goods

Completed training as cook/kitchen or alternatively specialist for system gassing Multiannual professional experience in canteens, large kitchens or shared meals Very good knowledge of food preparation and handling of modern kitchen appliances as well as safe handling of HACCP guidelines Experience in the professional management and motivation of kitchen and service personnel Secure understanding of goods management, costing and menu planning as well as safe handling of common computer systems High flexibility in working hours and places of use Valid trainer certificate Class B licence and the availability of your own vehicle Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
