Budget responsibility of the construction project together with the technical project management Implementation of budget tracking and monthly analysis of the cost and performance of the project (work calculation) Monthly report of the commercial status of the project Management, organisation and monitoring of internal personnel and equipment provision and, in particular, ARGEn support of all other accounting topics Participation in the claim management of the project and the development of potential supplements Participation in contract design with our subcontractors and support for possible follow-up claims Creation of liquidity planning Leadership of teams on our construction sites

Complete technical or commercial studies or comparable qualifications Knowledge/experience in the commercial handling of major projects in the field of pipeline construction are desirable Basic technical understanding Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) Durable readiness and flexibility at the site Prevention-proof appearance and good and safe expression (also in English) Teamability and communication-strong personality
