Parameterization, configuration and further development of forms in the hospital information system KAS ORBIS and integration into the workflow Analysis of technical and technical requirements and implementation of tailor-made form solutions including related workflows Ensuring data integrity, system stability and compliance with defined quality standards Planning, implementation and documentation of function tests and support in error analysis and troubleshooting Implementation of user training and creation of training and documentation documents for handling the forms in the workflow Close cooperation with specialist departments, key users and interdisciplinary teams to continuously improve digital processes

Successfully completed studies of computer science, medical informatics, business informatics, health economics or comparable training. Good knowledge of the IT environment Extensive understanding of clinical processes and their digital imaging in information systems Experience in the administration, configuration or development of hospital information systems Knowledge of form parameterization, workflow configuration and customizing IT applications, ideally KAS ORBIS Experience in the analysis and implementation of technical requirements and the implementation of tests and quality assurance measures Understanding data structures, data integrity and IT systems Safe handling of users as well as pleasure in carrying out trainings and workshops Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working with a high quality awareness Embossed communication and team skills as well as joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
