Technical Trainer, Photonics (m/f/d)

Conducting high-quality photonic training for customers: female and female employees in German and English Conception and implementation of practical trainings with interactive experiments including the preparation and evaluation of participant reviews Configuring content for participants with different technical and professional backgrounds Planning and moderation of multi-day training formats with clear structure and defined learning objectives International travel as coach:in (up to 40%) Continuous development of training documents and course contents Active support in the marketing of customer contact training offers Participation in educational and outreach activities, internal and external Checking and maintenance of course equipment

a dedicated personality with strong technical background and joy in communicating knowledge in practice. You can explain complex content in a comprehensible way, be sure to appear before groups and adapt flexibly to different learning environments. At the same time, you are entitled to develop yourself professionally and to actively shape training concepts. Our course offer is growing continuously – from basics of photonics to specialized topics. Complete study of physics, optics, photonics or a comparable subject 2–3 years of experience as coach:in, lecturer:in or in the technical knowledge transfer Embossed presentation skills and an interactive teaching style Very good time management for structuring training (theory, practice, discussion) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High readiness and proactive approach to new topics Impressed communication strength and team orientation Practical experience in optics or photonics laboratory of advantage
