Your tasks: Support in coordinating and updating schedules for the charging system project and feature

Creation and management of project status overviews

Organisation and documentation of meetings, workshops and milestone events

Support and coordination of body management

Coordination, control and assistance in the creation and testing of change tickets

Participation in the design and improvement of change processes

Cooperation with various project participants and specialist departments

Creation of management documents

Support in managing and tracking project tasks

The activity may commence from March 2026 or after consultation.

Studies in Business Engineering, (Technical) Economics, Engineering or Similar Degrees

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Interest in project management, change management and the automotive industry, in particular charging systems

Good organizational skills and a structured way of working

Teamability and Communication Strength

First experiences with project management tools like Jira and Confluence are beneficial

Good knowledge of English is also advantageous
