You support the transformation of our customers, especially in the context of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and conduct IT projects from conception to implementation to success In addition, you strengthen the management consulting team with a focus on EAM in the area of CIO Advisory In the role as a specialist, you will discuss current architectural and technological challenges with the help of established architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman Framework. You conduct (partial) projects with interdisciplinary teams for customers from different industries and the public sector Together with other team members and our customers, you develop and implement strategic, organizational, processive and architecture solutions to current challenges You are also responsible for the design, preparation and implementation of workshops with our customers and represent Sopra Steria Next You acquire new projects yourself or in close cooperation with the account managers and win new customers Finally, you support the writing of studies and articles on the status quo and the future of different industries and relevant (IT) topics Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

You have a successfully completed study of economics, (economic) computer science or a comparable study To this you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the fields of strategic IT planning, architecture design and modeling or technology consulting You can rely on several years of project and/or consulting experience in the context of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) with architecture frameworks and common EAM tools In addition, you have experience in managing and implementing projects including planning, coordination with understanding for IT organizations and technological developments Ideally you bring first certifications in Enterprise Architecture Management, such as TOGAF, CISA, CEA or ArchiMate Certification You have a strong critical and analytical mindset to find innovative and efficient solutions for complex issues Thinking in strategic contexts is easy for you and you understand the challenges of our customers at decision-making level and address them specifically. You have strong team player skills to collaborate in multifunctional teams, to manage project teams, and strong presentation and communication skills combined with a high level of persuasiveness Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
