Own responsibility You enter a portfolio of national and international equity and object companies and ensure proper financial accounting according to HGB You check and plausibility the accounting of external service providers, perform intercompany agreements and payment runs and monitor company-related deadlines and obligations Your tasks include the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB, balance sheet and earnings analyses as well as the support of Group reporting and consolidation processes In close cooperation with tax advisors and auditors, you prepare annual audits and accompany them. In addition, you support tax returns and audits and process sales tax issues You are making corporate transactions such as capital measures, company decisions, distributions or restructuring accounting In the case of acquisitions and sales of investments (M&A), the integration of new companies and in the case of structuring and reorganisation projects, you actively participate In addition, you opt for existing accounting processes and participate in digitization and automation projects
