You organise national trade fairs with stand services. You prepare internal and external meetings and events. You receive and host national and international guests. You take national and international calls and forward them accordingly. You process the entry and exit mail and courier mail.

(m/w/d) and (w/d) Eventmanager (m/w/d) or a comparable training with at least 2 years of professional experience. You have very good knowledge of English in word and writing. You are inspired by their high level of application, flexibility and motivation. You are convinced by a high degree of organizational capacity and reliability. You have good analytical thinking, communication strength and stress resistance. You enjoy the handling of customers and the optimisation of processes.
