IVVQ-Manager (m/f/d)

Development and maintenance of the IVVQ strategy for the overall program and derivation of project-related process chains. Management of all relevant interfaces (PL QM, PL R&V, PL SE, PMMS platform, PMMS deployment system, PL‐IPS, PM OPS, further leads). Own-responsible action between project management and system engineering, control of the project-specific Tailoring and harmonisation of integration, verification and validation methods. Defining integration and test concepts (Unit → Subsystem → System → Platform) and creating the integration manual/management plan. Implementation of knowledge transfer of the IVVQ methodology and support for adjacent building specifications. Overarching control and timely completion of modelling, integration and verification activities (IVP) as well as creation of integration network planning. Continuous progress and process control; Advice on tools and clarification of interfaces in the IVVQ context.

Complete technical studies (e.g. shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or a comparable subject area. Found professional experience in system integration, test engineering or quality assurance, ideally in a regulated environment. Basic knowledge of IVVQ methods as well as experience with at least one common test/requirements/risk tool (e.g. Wave, Jazz/DOORS, ARM) are available. Deep system engineering knowledge and experience with regulatory standards and audits. Responsibility for budget and dates, including successful management of technical reviews and reporting sessions. Enforcement and escalation law, release/stop powers and independent management of technical reviews and reporting sessions are part of the task profile. Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence, communication and moderation capability as well as team and network capability are actively used.
