In your role, you will support our team ''HR International'' in the docu­ment of processes and for administrative tasks in the international context. They analyse, docu­ment and structure work processes country-specifically both in German and English and continue to update the corresponding documents. You can research process-relevant information and create a glossary with the most important technical terms. Your duties include the preparation of visas and the compilation of wage tax documents for foreign operations by our service technicians. In this context, you will also prepare the timesheets as a basis for the foreign pay bill. Finally, you are the first contact to service providers for the Shadow Payroll or To apply for tax numbers for persons not resident in Germany.

Completed commercial vocational training Experience in personnel management Ideally, knowledge in the field of process documentation MS Office and SAP Knowledge (HR3) Very good German and English skills (a must!)
