As Senior Project Manager:in for integrated project processing (IPA), we are responsible for groundbreaking construction projects in the building and make a significant contribution to the design of the IPA toolbox and future-oriented methodology. Become part of an interdisciplinary team and drive forward the further development of IPA with us. Strategic alignment of collaborative settlement models in line with the corporate and account strategy Responsibility for the development and implementation of integrated project execution models for highly complex construction projects in close cooperation with customers Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team in the areas of IPA management, lean management and cost controlling Promoting knowledge transfer by developing and implementing training on IPA models and best practice approaches Close cooperation with the customer contact partner: inside as well as other internal and external stakeholders in the role as a specialist expert:in for IPA Active participation in the continuous development of IPA models Responsible leadership of acquisitions

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or related fields Proof multiannual experience in project management Enthusiasm and passion for collaborative project implementation models and well-founded practical experience in IPA projects Embossed understanding of project management and construction processes Willingness to project-related travel Very good knowledge in the environment of data environments (CDE) as well as collaborative tools (e.g. whiteboard, lean, etc.) Ability to effectively communicate in German and English with different stakeholders at all levels Ideally advanced training in the field of mediation and conflict management as well as pronounced moderation and communication skills in German and English language and consulting skills
