Working student HR (m/f/d)

Support of the HR team in day-to-day business – from setting to exit, you will gain insight into the most important personal processes Active participation in HR projects in Germany, for example onboarding, internal communication, employer branding or occupational health management (BGM) Participation in the preparation of information and the preparation of presentations and communication documents Bringing our own ideas to improve HR processes and to a positive experience of our employees Preparation and preparation of HR documents, certificates, letters and other personal documents Maintenance and updating of personal master files as well as support in the storage and documentation of personal events Support in communication between employees, executives, wage accounting and other internal and external contacts

Continuous studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology, social sciences, communication or a comparable course of studies Interest in getting to know HR processes and contributing to their further development Joy of service-oriented communication with employees and a good sense of confidential topics Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; good English skills are advantageous Careful, structured and reliable functioning as well as a high degree of discretion and confidentiality Safe handling of MS Office Teamability, communication strength and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
