Head of Legal and Digitalization (m/f/d)

Strategic management and further development of the Department of Law and Digitization: Development and prioritization of objectives, concepts and guidelines for legal, digitization and controlling processes Personal responsibility: management, resource planning, personnel development, performance control and quality assurance Legal and Contract Management: Support for the judiciary in the areas of property and real estate law, the perception of operator responsibility, and the management of investor measures, and issues relating to procurement law Responsibility for digitalization, IT management and process control: introduction, operation and integration of CAFM, BIM, database and information systems as well as standardization and optimization of digital workflows Controlling, reporting and project management: technical responsibility for property report, key figures, data processing as well as planning, monitoring and control of cross-departmental projects Interface management and external cooperation: coordination and moderation with specialist offices, IT, external service providers, universities and authorities as well as conflict and escalation control to ensure feasible and economical solutions A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Competence for higher administrative services or a completed academic degree Multiannual professional experience in the public service, ideally with various municipal services or in the state administration (in general administration, real estate or digitization) Experience in the management of employees and in the management of organisational units Funded knowledge in project and process management High loadability as well as pronounced responsibility and quality orientation
