Working Student Customer Service and Passenger Information (m/f/d)

For planned or unplanned construction measures in the Frankfurt city area, you are on site. You actively inform passengers about replacement traffic, changed schedules and alternative routes so that everyone can safely reach the destination You make a valuable contribution to inclusion. You accompany persons with limited mobility (e.g. seniors, people with disabilities or orientation difficulties) on their entire path. On request, you will pick up the passengers directly at the front door, accompany them safely through the VGF line network (in the Frankfurter Tariff area 5000 incl. Airport with corresponding ticket) and bring them to their final destination You are on the road with our modern, electric cargo bike – the VGFlex – in the city area. You are currently enrolled at a state-approved university You have joy in dealing with people, are patient and can adapt well to the needs of different people (e.g. senior citizens or people with limited mobility) You will find the first service idea, whether in English, German or another language, you will be happy to speak with customers and have no bareness in front of direct contact You like to travel outside the city and stay in stressful situations. for high passenger accommodation quiet and polite You always want to experience something new in the job and bring the corresponding readiness to learn You are ready to make your bets flexible (even on weekends or in the evening hours), which we reward with attractive surcharges The working time is set at 19 hours per week during the semester so that there is enough time for your studies. In the lecture-free period you can increase your pensum as required and agreed.
