Excellent knowledge for insurance business models or digital service organisations. High technical understanding and competent handling of artificial intelligence. Embossed skills in the design, moderation and control of interdisciplinary projects. Enthusiasm for technology use in the field and a sense for feasible innovations. High communication and implementation strength, change competence as well as a high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity.
