We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

Disciplinary and professional management of the team debitor and creditor accounting with approx. 4 employees, trend growing. You ensure both the process and personal scaling security of our accounting processes You are a contact person for suppliers and customers and are closely associated with the purchasing and sales organization. The answer to ad hoc requests from our management is also part of the task Durs complex accounting processes and analysis and validation of financial data Our processes are still changing. In your new role, you take responsibility for designing and implementing efficient end-to-end processes in the field of debitor and creditor accounting

A well-founded background in financial and accounting as well as a safe handling of SAP S4 HANA (or comparable ERP software), Excel and PowerPoint form the ideal basis. Your economics studies – with a focus on accounting or controlling – complements your practical experience optimally. Complex topics You go with clear head, analytical sharpness and strategic view. Your quality is high, your work is structured and solution-oriented. In communication, you convince by clarity and aim. Both in German and in English (min. C1). You understand that even demanding content is understandable and convincing. First experiences in the leadership of a team are welcome. More importantly, however, is the willingness to take responsibility, to proactively shape and to celebrate joint success in the team.
