Coordination and follow-up of ongoing customer requests, projects and open feedback Telephone and written consultation with customers, interested parties and existing customers after clear processes Termination of talks, production dates and next steps in the calendar Keeping open information, briefings, releases and acceptances Support in stock customer follow-up so that projects can be reliably continued and completed Care and documentation of all processes in our CRM system Preparation of accounts and project completion topics in coordination with management Active support to ensure that open tasks do not remain in place, but will be completed bindingly
