You support the Sales Director as well as the Foreign Service colleagues in managing the diverse tasks in daily business. The place of work is located in our regional office in Wendlingen, and there is the possibility of working 40% in the home office. Here you are professional: Sovereign and independent takeover of office management (e.g. appointment management, organisation of regional events, administration) Organisation of the Regional Office (Order Office material, Guest reception, Organisation Catering) independent creation and updating of presentation, reporting and briefing documents Coordination and cooperation with colleagues within the regional office and interface with colleagues at the Frankfurt Group headquarters
