Our interface for Tech-Knowledge! In this position, you immerse yourself in our technologies and become the central interface for our technical core knowledge that you pass directly to the front.

Design and carry out technical training for mobile infrastructure and field storage systems at expert level – online and on-site at our global customers.

You accompany the entire introduction process as the first respondent directly to the hardware and ensure smooth commissioning in tandem with the service technology.

You combine modern didactics with hands-on mentality: When developing versatile training modules, you combine theory and practice perfectly. You design practice-oriented e-learnings as well as blended learning concepts and primarily train directly on the product.

As a visionary impulse generator*in, you can experience our system knowledge globally by establishing state-of-the-art tools such as AR/VR for remote assistance scenarios and innovative training concepts.

As an ambassador to the brand, Kärcher Futuretech is confident about military standards and NGOs and offers even the most complex product details in a flexible and targeted manner.

It would be WOW if you brought this here: Successful technical studies in the field of engineering science or a comparable field of expertise for the profound understanding of our complex systems and applications.

Multiannual professional practice as a technical trainer*in mechanical engineering, supply engineering, plant engineering or a comparable demanding environment.

Didactic and media design strength for target group-oriented preparation of complex content in storyboards as well as innovative blended learning and e-learning concepts.

Technological know-how in dealing with popular author tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise), Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as modern media, video and AI tools for independent content creation.

The ability to accompany the team on the path of technological transformation, to reduce fears of touch and to inspire enthusiasm for modern training methods.

Sovereign appearance and intercultural competence for safe and convincing action in hierarchical structures (military) or under time pressure (NGOs).

Very good knowledge in German and English (min. C1).

High (worldwide) readiness to travel around 60–70 % with great pleasure in communicating and explaining our systems directly at the global site.
