This is your responsibility: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with 13 employees in the Omnikanalbanking as well as 3 employees in the staff branch. Lift the digital-personal customer advice to the next level. Take the right conclusions from various KPIs as well as efficiency and quality indicators and ensure the quality of customer advice. You optimize, standardize and scale processes for the further development of alternative distribution and communication channels. Your personal curiosity brings you innovative market trends and ideas through collaboration in strategic projects to further develop digital-personal consulting.

To convince us: You have completed a bank training and can gain relevant experience in sales and field of activity. A pronounced affinity for modern communication channels as well as a secure sense of trends and technological developments in a modern omnichannel world are of course for you. A sales orientation with a view to a holistic and demand-oriented customer consultation is clearly visible to you. You describe themselves as a communication and decision-making personality and enjoy working with people. A high level of sense of responsibility, self-initiative and resilience as well as readiness for changes are available to you Ideally, you have first experience in the management, motivation and development of employees
