You are part of the Group Real Estate Data Management Team and responsible, in cooperation with the specialist teams of the Rhenus Group and our service provider, for the administration of our real estate database (CAFM tool). You process configuration requests from our business units and start feasibility analyses on the requirements of our national and international colleagues on our CAFM tool. You will find appropriate solutions or contact the right person. Furthermore, you are the contact person for our IT and our service provider with regard to interface management, such as SAP/S4HANA and other software applications. With your deep real estate know-how, you can score with the contacts of the business units and let this knowledge flow into the administration of the CAFM tool profitably.

Ideally, you have a bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of real estate management, real estate management or business management with the focus on building and real estate. You already have first experiences in the administration of CAFM tools and enjoy raising a real estate database to the next level at global level. We can also rely 100% on your quality and responsibility, as well as your communication strength. With your very good knowledge of German and English, you can safely move in the technical environment - further foreign language skills are of advantage.
