Here you are mainly involved in Market Lounge Processes (MLP) and processes for interface optimization and cooperation to increase efficiency. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers and lecturers of the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” in Wetzlar will teach you theoretical expertise while collecting your practical experience in the company. You accompany product and system solutions to achieve climate protection targets, digitization, electrification and measures for the energy transition. You work on future topics such as the design of a competitive product program taking into account customer requirements and unique features for the different areas of application of heating and ventilation technology. You will be intensively involved in specialist and project tasks, as well as in the operational business. Education: Bachelor in Economic Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or Similar Experiences and know-how: great technical interest, affinity for software and digital tools Personality: you communicate clearly and according to target groups, get yourself into processes and adapt flexibly to new requirements; you are passionate about new topics, work team-oriented and always take responsibility Working methods: you recognize needs for action early, address tasks independently and work in a structured manner on customer and target-oriented solutions; you convince by a safe occurrence as well as the ability to capture complex facts quickly and to penetrate analytically Languages: very good German and English skills
