Your tasks briefly described: Monitoring the welding technology execution and compliance of our quality standards in production Implementation and documentation of quality controls, interim checks and fixed holding points Management and re-ordering of welding additives and support in providing welding equipment Contact person for welding questions in production Participation in welding process tests as well as internal and external acceptances Professional support of new employees in the training and training Implementation of instruction on technical documents and welding topics

What you should bring: Graduated vocational training in the metal sector, e.g. as a construction mechanic, steel construction lock or metal builder (m/w/d) Continuing training for welding specialists (SFM) or International Welding Specialist (IWS)  Experience in steel construction or in welding technology production is advantageous Safe handling of technical drawings and production documents Good knowledge of German in word and writing in order to understand technical documents and to exchange ideas with colleagues during everyday work Impressed quality awareness, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Joy of teamwork and sharing knowledge to colleagues
