Board of Directors, Wholesale Group (m/f/d)

As a Management Board, you are responsible for the central commercial and operational control functions of the HIGHCLEAN GROUP eG. Together with the Chairman of the Board of Management, you form the overall board of the cooperative. While the Chairman of the Executive Board is responsible for the strategic development of the association and the representation to the outside, you will lead the core commercial areas and the internal central functions. Cooperation on the Executive Board is collegial and at eye level and is clearly regulated in the Rules of Procedure. The overall board of directors of HIGHCLEAN GROUP eG is subject to joint reporting and accounting. Your responsibilities: Central Purchasing and Product Management: Head of Central Sales, Product Portfolio Control, including proprietary brand strategies, close cooperation with members and industrial partners IT and digital business processes: Responsibility for goods management systems, product history, webshop and digitization of processes for increasing efficiency and service Finance and Controlling: Controlling finance, building and optimising digital financial and reporting processes, liquidity management, budget and forecast planning, cooperation with tax advisors and banks Staff and organizational development: leadership and further development of central HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee development Leadership and Governance: Presented disciplinary leadership of the team at the headquarters (6 employees), co-design of the joint strategy, close coordination within the overall board

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable qualification Extensive experience in wholesale trade and in the composite or cooperative environment Funded knowledge of purchasing/product management, IT/digitalization, finance and personnel Advantage: Industry knowledge of hygiene, cleaning or related B2B segments Entrepreneurial thinking, high analytical competence and strategic vision Leadership, decision-making and strong communication skills
