You develop and visualize business processes with the product and specialist areas and coordinate or moderate the industry-wide teams with the focus on development and consolidation. You evaluate the actual state of procedures using different methods and develop the desired and future-oriented target state in a defined project team. You serve the BPM portal and process the internal workflows in line with process changes. In addition, you will support the development and con­fi­cation management department in the implementation of legislative and normative research and will optimise the procedures.

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a (tech) degree programme and ideally bring with them the first professional experience as a process manager (m/w/d). You have a high degree of understanding in terms of sectoral and systemic operations; In addition, at best, you will bring know-how to audit management in certified systems (e.g. EN 9100, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001 or ISO 50001); Experience with BPM portal software is an additional advantage. In addition, you have a structured way of working, good presentation skills and high social competence, which allows you to act both empirically and interdisciplinaryly in the project teams. In addition to very good MS Office skills (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote), you will also bring very good German and English skills as well as travel skills to our national locations.
