As (Senior) Manager Turnaround & Restructuring - Distressed M&A (m/w/d) you take the (partial) responsibility for the preparation and implementation of business transactions in the crisis - and thus contribute to the sustainable maintenance of businesses and jobs. Leadership: You take the (partial) project management for Distressed M&A processes, coordinate the work packages and guide team members. Analysis: You analyze markets, industries and business models in preparation for business transactions. Concept: You develop refurbishment sketches for companies in special situations and start all relevant process documents. Communication: As part of the project team, you are a central contact:in for the stakeholders, coordinate transaction processes and accompany purchase contract negotiations until signing / closing. Project management: You are responsible for administrative topics such as creation of job writing, budget controlling and billing.

Completion in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Economic Law Multiannual professional experience in M&A processes, ideally in the Distressed M&A Number affinity, safe handling of MS Office, desire for challenging projects, team orientation and first experience as a leadership High commitment, self-responsibility, design strength, agile functioning, sovereign communication with demanding target groups readiness to travel and pleasure in communication and presentation in German and English (very good in word and writing) in demanding business environments
