As team manager commissioning filling technology (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a team leader (m/w/d), your team will lead you through the process engineering commissioning of filling, weighing, CIP/SIP and closing systems to ensure the functionality of our pharmaceutical filling systems. You coordinate your team in parameterizing and optimizing the systems.The coordination with adjacent areas such as assembly, automation and project management is one of your core tasks to ensure efficient processes.You develop your team professionally and personally, promote self-responsibility and help solve complex challenges. You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, a comparable field or have successfully completed a technical training with the further education of the technician (m/w/d). In mechanical engineering you have already gained well-founded professional experience and ideally bring knowledge in mechanics and electronics.You already have first leadership experience, are highly communicative, organize processes structured and bring people together. Technical understanding, analytical thinking and willingness to build new knowledge Team orientation as well as good German and English skills round off your profile, occasional business trips are welcome.
