Implementation of cost and value analysis activities as well as the procurement capability Project Planning on Methods, Tools and Instruments in Value Engineering Initiation of cost reduction programs via selected purchasing components Implementation of cost workshops for creative ideas generation and cross-functional cooperation with internal and external interface partners as well as suppliers Participation in supplier-independent specifications / specifications for tenders and support for the development function in supplier contacts Support and contact for projects in the product development process (PEP) until the start of series production (SCP). Determination of target costs at subgroup and system level in the PEP Interface management between development, quality, production, purchasing and suppliers

Completed (special) university studies on mechanical engineering, electrical, economic engineer or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in value management and/or cost/value analyses Experience with value analysis plans according to VDI 2800, DFMA analyses and 4Cost tool desirable Professional experience in determining various manufacturing and production costs Knowledge in project management and development processes CAD and PDM knowledge Industry knowledge from the defence, automotive or aerospace industry is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-responsible and targeted work and readiness to travel Communication strength, team capability and loadability
