Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

Planning, commissioning and documentation of laboratory and production plants in the pharmaceutical environment Participation in project-specific instructions and training Ensuring understanding of non-GxP laboratory requirements and location-specific standards Creation and revision of URS documents and internal documents Examination of external technical documentation for completeness and conformity Planning and control of the commissioning of plants based on location-specific requirements and taking over total responsibility for defined process plants Monitoring and documentation of FAT, SAT and Mock-Ups as well as ensuring the GMP-compliant performance of all tests Coordination of internal and external interfaces and close cooperation with plant manufacturers and project teams Monitoring of dates and costs, including regular reporting to project management on progress, risks and deviations

Complete technical studies, e.g. in the field of process engineering, automation technology or pharmaceutical engineering, alternatively a comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in plant engineering, engineering or pharmaceutical production Laboratory technology, ideally in the GMP environment Good knowledge of GMP requirements Experience in handling pharmaceutical production and laboratory equipment in at least one of the fields of drug substance, drug product or analytics Safe handling of technical documents as well as experience in creating and maintaining URS (User Requirement Specifications) Practice in creating internal documents, e.g. maintenance plans and work instructions Detectional experience in the planning and implementation of commissioning and in the qualification of plants Experience in technical project management and subproject management, including time and cost control Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and team skills
