Your daily tasks:

• Intensive, accompanying incorporation by the long-term job owner
• In this position you are responsible for the areas of customer service, quality and repair
• Your entire team consists of 12 employees
• The service area includes the spare parts sales, technical advice and workshop for maintenance and repair
• The quality area includes quality management, quality assurance and warranty processing
• You take responsibility and vote in the context of the objectives of the area of responsibility
• They are essential links for internal processes, cross-departmental cooperation and external interfaces

Take this with you:

• You are an engineer or technician with professional experience, preferably the field of vehicle, mechanical engineering or agricultural machinery, ideally with additional commercial training or further training or you have completed your studies in the field of industrial engineering
• They have good technical and commercial foundations and can thus face our challenges
• With their experience in employee management, you understand motivating the team and leading to high performance
• In your decisions, you can convince by hand-on mentality and self-initiative
• You have a convincing communication capability, run with control communication and enrich the company with your structured work
• They are committed, flexible, reliable and have a high degree of self-initiative with entrepreneurial thinking
• You can use your knowledge of English and German in a safe manner
