Support in the strategic management and optimization of the company's real estate portfolio. Cooperation in the planning, implementation and monitoring of real estate projects and transactions (e.g. renting, purchase, conversion, modernization, planning and construction, due diligence processes) in cooperation with our subgroups, internal specialist departments and external service providers (e.g. brokers, planners, experts). Analysis of location, cost and usage concepts. Creation of presentations, reports, economic calculations and policy templates. Support for further development of CRE processes, standards and tools.

Completed studies in real estate, business, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field. The first practical experience gained by trainees or trainees in the real estate sector is of advantage, as well as basic knowledge in Corporate Real Estate Management or in commercial real estate management, project development or transaction management. Analytical thinking as well as structured and independent work, communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of reliability. Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
