You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of an 18-member team and are responsible for the entire receivable and account management with respect to around 22,500 members of the KV North Rhine – from the billing to the rat and payment management to the processing of payments and insolvency. People lead and develop: You are a professional and personal contact point for your team – you accompany, empower and motivate. Secure and develop processes: You will get a thorough overview of the processes in your area of responsibility, ensure their quality and develop them together with your team. Your previous experience from other industries or organizations is a targeted one. Team lead through system conversion: The introduction of Wilken P/5 is immediate. You prepare your team for the changeover, give orientation during the introduction and, together with your employees, make sure that the new processes are established safely in everyday work. As a direct contact person, you will be represented by the KV North Rhine-Westphalia with expertise and reliability, even in complex issues. Members' accounts and compile balance sheets: You ensure the correct coordination of the member accounts and create the relevant balance sheet assets for the annual accounts. Risks control: You monitor seizures and insolvency and determine the technical criteria for bank and residual payments.

Three things are really crucial for this role: Financial expertise with depth – whether through economics studies, a commercial training or multi-year practice in accounting, debitor management or controlling. Leadership experience – You have already guided teams and develop employees in a targeted manner, transfer responsibility and give orientation. Communication strength – You can understand complex financial issues: to your team as well as to our members.
