Advice and sales to our German and English-speaking customers in the store Advice and execution of installations at our customers at home Own management of the store including full sales responsibility Create a feedback culture where constructive feedback and ideas are intended to change or to improve Continuous development of product knowledge, information about product developments and regular knowledge transfer with the entire team Regular implementation of events and actions to increase our brand awareness and customer retention Purchase and selection of goods according to season and sales analysis Product presentation and shop design Staff deployment planning of your team Monitoring and action planning to achieve sales and profitability targets Support for marketing campaigns (in-store and local) with the Hamburg Back Office

You want to lead a young and motivated team as a Store Manager You have ideal experience in the fields of hi-fi, TV or home cinema and are technology-loving You bring a high level of sense of responsibility and enjoy building a motivated team with enthusiasm and interpersonal skills You appreciate good sound and music, and love to show other people how good their favorite tracks can really sound You have fun explaining to customers our exciting product portfolio and optimally consulting them You are communicative, conscientious and motivated to actively and independently shape our customer experience You have a natural sense of business and business You have solid English skills in word and writing
