You specialize in a team of competencies as an expert in the development of working-time models, the design of shift models, as well as the design and dimensioning of working-time accounts in our predominantly co-tested member companies in Saxony with the following priorities: You analyze, design and optimize flexible working time models, shift models and working time accounts according to operational needs, legal framework conditions and work science findings. You determine personnel requirements using suitable methods, calculate absences and develop possibilities of action to be able to react accurately to absences. You advise those responsible in the introduction and implementation of new working time models and shift models and you train executives and employees to apply these models. You analyse existing working time regulations and processes, develop innovative approaches to increasing efficiency and support the implementation of these approaches in operational regulations. In close coordination and cooperation with representatives of our member companies and supra-regional sister and umbrella associations, you develop and design the associated fields of work sciences, convey work science know-how in working groups, workshops and information events, and represent employer interests in nationwide and nationwide bodies and institutions.
A completed engineering or business studies or comparable university studies (e.g. human resources management) with a good degree. Ideally, you have professional experience in the business environment of a company of the metal and electrical industry, the chemical industry or the wood/plastic processing industry.
