Head of Manufacturing Engineering - CleanFlex (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the manufacturing engineering/project management team. You control technical production, optimization and change projects in the GMP-regulated environment. You support our Head of Production in operational and strategic engineering topics. You take over the cross-departmental coordination between production, quality assurance, engineering and project management. You will ensure a structured project implementation in terms of quality, time and budget.

You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification. You bring experiences in the GMP-regulated production environment as well as in project management and the management of technical projects. You could already gain leadership experience or experience in the professional coordination of teams. You have good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and common project management tools. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you are sure to deal with escalation and problem-solving issues.
