Your tasks:

• Implementation of object monitoring in demanding projects
• Technical and disciplinary management for the Construction Management team
• Professional advice from customers in monitoring quality, appointments, costs and commissioning
• Support and advice of employees in all questions about object monitoring

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of supply technology or construction, or comparable engineering studies or equivalent master and/or Technical completion
• Several years of professional experience in the field of object monitoring
• First leadership experience desirable
• Knowledge of the latest state of the art and the common regulations of VOB and HOAI
