Your tasks: In the role you are part of the Talent Solutions Advisory Team, which offers our customers comprehensive HR consulting services. You support the talent advisory team in designing and implementing a wide range of solutions for customers and work with the identification, development and completion of advisory projects. In this position, you accompany a variety of consulting projects that help to improve the results of our customers by providing innovative and effective solutions. Support in the development and implementation of tailor-made and effective solutions in the areas of job description, job evaluation, salary structure and remuneration systems Presentation preparations, data evaluations, research and customer discussions form the core of your tasks Support in preparing workshops or lectures on current market trends Development of project plans in compliance with quality, time and profitability targets Support in building long-term and good customer relationships Participation in the development of cross-functional offers in cooperation with other departments, for the development and presentation of innovative customer solutions Your profile Completed university studies, e.g. in BWL, VWL, Psychology or a comparable degree with the focus on HR First professional experience preferably in the field of rewards or talent consulting or in corresponding in-house roles Knowledge of the processing and evaluation of high data volumes (e.g. by using Python, R, Stata or SPSS) Safe handling of large, incomplete / uneven datasets: cleaning, merge and standardization (e.g. mapping tables, regex, fuzzy matching) Experience in visualization and storytelling of data with Power BI or Tableau Knowledge in German labour law and cooperation with works councils First HRIS experience (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Personio, Greenhouse) High service orientation and strong service orientation Analytical and organizational skills as well as project management skills Communication and conviction strength Joy in active networks on the market and acquisition of new customers German and English language skills in word and writing MS Office knowledge We offer you: Flexible working time design through sliding time and our modern concept for mobile work 30 days per year, in addition 24. and 31.
