What activities do you expect?

Rental services in residential and commercial real estate with the following tasks:

• Operation of industrial plants
• Support of servicing technicians in troubleshooting and repairing, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Room facilities with furniture and technology and execution of required spatial modifications
• Safety and functional checks
• Implementation of repairs and small repairs
• Control and control of services of foreign companies
• Creation of documentation and reports, if necessary Transfer to computer systems, as well as updating of technical documentation of installations

♪ We are looking for a personality which:

• , Haustechniker Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) has successfully completed a training as a home technician (m/w/d), or has already gained professional experience as a home master/home technician (m/w/d)
• has good technical understanding
• Self-employed, carefully and forward-looking
• High customer and service orientation
• German in Word and Writing (Level B2)
• Class B driving licence
