CNC specialist with a focus on HSC milling / EDM – mould making (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced CNC specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on the HSC milling industry to strengthen our range of machining. Alternatively, applications from the Senkerodieren area are welcome.

We manufacture high-precision tool and mold components in a technically demanding environment. CNC Specialist (m/w/d) at the location Freiburg

Focus on HSC milling: Set up, equipping and operating 5-axis HSC milling machines (furthers of advantage) Processing of hardened tool steels (52 – 62 HRC) Ensure tight dimensional and shape tolerances in the high precision range Self-retaining and retracting of complex components Optimization of milling strategies and machining processes Close cooperation with CAM programming and work preparation Responsible quality testing of the manufactured components Safe handling of coordinate measuring machine and common measuring devices Focus on Eroding: Setting up and operating of sinking machines Processing of complex contours in tool and mold construction Ensure process-stable results Cooperation in technology and process optimization Independent quality testing and documentation

Completed training as precision mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable quality Multiannual experience in tool or mold construction Experience in HSC milling or eroding High quality awareness and structured working methods Self-working and team skills Ready-to-use operation Advantage: Knowledge in CAM (e.g. Siemens NX or comparable) Experience with automation systems Knowledge of other technology
