Our client is a family office of a well-known entrepreneurial family. For the financial team, we are looking for an experienced tax specialist or account holder (m/w/d) to strengthen the friendly team. In this role, you are the link between the Accounting Management and the colleagues in Accounting who are responsible for operating accounting. The method is characterized by structured processes, digitally supported workflows and a high degree of reliability in cooperation.

Compilation of annual accounts by HGB and tax balances Processing of complex accounting and accounting information and quality assurance of ongoing accounting Conducting Account Setups, Plausibility Checks and Ensuring Correct Booking Processes Participation in the creation of tax returns and preparation of documents for financial management inquiries Support and support of audits of holdings and communication with authorities and external consultants Creation of business and asset reporting and implementation and analysis of plan-actual comparisons Participation in liquidity planning and economic evaluations Advice on accounting and business issues, close cooperation with the tax department Integration into the optimization of digital processes and efficient workflows

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, accounting and accounting, like in a tax advice / audit or a comparable environment Knowledge of commercial and tax law Safe handling of DATEV Understanding balance sheet relationships, account logic and economic indicators Structured, independent and careful working with high quality awareness Communication strength as well as professional and service-oriented handling of internal and external contacts Interest in digital methods and the continuous development of processes
