Projektmanager (m/w/d)* für das Bandwalzwerk. Monitor and maintain cross-area processes Testing customer specifications in ‘Technical clarification’ for optimal feasibility Introduction of new processes and processes, evidence of machine and process capability Working with the production transfer for machines and processes Creating load specifications and testing of new equipment for perfect function prior to production acceptance, evaluating results, deriving and implementing measures Recognizing and stimulating the need for new manufacturing technologies Release of process and quality test data and work plans Monitor quality and identify causes in quality problems or failures and introduce measures to avoid errors Detection of rationalization projects and introduction of process improvements within the framework of Ratio projects Optimisation of existing procedures, incorporating new findings and stimulating change Plan, perform and monitor production tests, evaluate the results and, if necessary, derive and implement measures Ensure the availability of machines and complex systems as well as the organization of large repairs, maintenance and remodeling Creating production regulations, work instructions and test regulations

Completion of at least 4 years of higher education with the field of forming technology, production technology, mechanical engineering, materials science or comparable, as well as expertise from several years of professional experience in the field of production/process engineering desirable Knowledge and experience in the production environment, ideally in cold forming Knowledge in handling SAP, MS Office as well as data evaluation and analysis Knowledge and experience in project management English language skills in word and writing Analytical, Structured Operation, Enforcement and Communication Strength Readiness to learn new topics
