As a key account manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our key customers in the area of consumer and are their first contact persons outside ongoing machine projects. In doing so, you maintain long-term and trusted relationships with decision-makers and important contacts in management and continuously expand them. In addition, analyze customer potentials, align them with our strategy and capabilities and initiate regular strategic exchanges at management level. In the sales process, you process inquiries, conduct contract negotiations and work closely with the technical sales as well as the areas of project planning and research & development to find suitable answers for customer needs.
