As Key Account Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Consumer. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling and packaging machines for cosmetic and personal care products, you also work with them. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a key account manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our key customers in the area of consumer and are their first contact persons outside ongoing machine projects. In doing so, you maintain long-term and trusted relationships with decision-makers and important contacts in management and continuously expand them. In addition, analyze customer potentials, align them with our strategy and capabilities and initiate regular strategic exchanges at management level. In the sales process, you process inquiries, conduct contract negotiations and work closely with the technical sales as well as the areas of project planning and research & development to find suitable answers for customer needs. In addition, you identify trends, innovations and uncovered needs with the customer and make an active contribution to the further development of our corporate strategy.

You have completed technical studies, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Thanks to your experience in sales or key account management, you are well familiar with complex projects in a technical environment. You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are able to build sustainable relationships and act as a trusted respondent. In addition, you think strategically, have a pronounced distribution and always act profit-oriented. As a team player, you work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to the joint success.
