Then you will be part of our Customs & Compliance team as a customs processing (w/m/d) and ensure that our customs processes run clean, efficient and compliant. The position is to be taken as part-time job with 20 hours per week. Supplier declarations: You request supplier declarations, check them for completeness and validity and ensure the regular documentation. You monitor and control the related services against suppliers independently and consistently. Data maintenance: You support the maintenance and updating of export-relevant master and movement data. Information and calculations: You shall cooperate in the case of requests for binding source information and preferential calculations, taking into account existing list conditions. Supply performance: Through your proactive and professional action, you contribute significantly to optimal delivery performance and the best possible care for patients.

Completed commercial training in the field of external trade, forwarding or customs or a comparable qualification First relevant professional experience in the customs or compliance environment Knowledge in customs law, in particular in the Union Customs Code (UZK) and in preferential legislation Experience in handling customs software of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (GER level C1) Very good English skills in word and writing (GER‐Niveau B2)
