With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. User adoption is a key part of your task: You help our users to use Microsoft 365 in a meaningful and efficient way – through consulting, training, best practices and targeted communication. Responsibly take over IT projects and subprojects in the Microsoft-365 environment – from request intake to conception, implementation, documentation and quality assurance. You will take over further product management topics, for example in the field of document management systems, and will support them professionally and technically.

Ideally, you have an IT training, an IT-close study or a comparable qualification, as well as a well-founded practical experience in the Microsoft-365/Office-365 environment. Certainly, you know applications such as teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and ideally the Power Platform at expert level and bring a good technical understanding in areas such as authorizations and collaboration. Learn to accompany user adoption, change support or training concepts and can safely inspire different audiences for digital solutions. You have a strong coordination experience in the management of IT projects and are ready to support further product management topics, such as in the area of document management systems – ideally enaio – professionally and technically. You work structured, strong communication, team-oriented and solution-oriented; Own initiative, pleasure in further development and good JavaScript knowledge complete your profile.
