Master Mechanic Workshop Manager - Commercial Vehicles / Trucks (m/f/d)

You coordinate and plan the daily workshop processes, assign repair orders and secure appointment You lead a team of mechanics:inside, mechatronics:inside and apprentices, motivate your crew and promote their further development You monitor the professional execution of all repair, maintenance and diagnostic work on trucks, transporters and trailers You are a contact person for customers: create cost suggestions and take over the final acceptance of the vehicles ensure compliance with work safety and environmental regulations and the operational readiness of the tools and test benches

You have a successfully completed training on the motor vehicle master (m/w/d), ideally with the focus on commercial vehicle technology You have several years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles as well as first management experience You have a well-founded knowledge in the fields of vehicle electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and modern diagnostic systems You keep an overview and convince by strength and empathy You have at least one class B driving licence
