Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Limited to 12 months

You independently initiate all intermediate certificates in German and English with our IT-supported certificate tool. You rework and optimise the current process for creating intermediate certificates. You enter our digital personal files archive and make sure that all personal documents are properly stored. You initiate works council hearings by default. You support our People Experience/HR partners in the day-to-day business, e.g. in the creation of work contracts. You opt for cooperation with our three international service centers. You're involved in exciting projects.

You are in the middle of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Natural Sciences or Humanities.

You speak German and English fluently.

You have very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You are interested in process optimization and strong communicative skills.

You like to work in a dynamic team and are open to new things.
