Project management: You take responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of measures of heating, ventilation and sanitation technology from basic determination to construction monitoring Technical control: You plan and coordinate in all phases of performance and control cooperation with internal departments, external planning offices, authorities and utilities Technical design: You develop building engineering concepts, define plant dimensions and create technical specifications for modern HLS systems Examination and specification: You check and create plans, calculations, performance directories and technical documentation and agree with all project participants Sustainable technologies: You integrate energy-efficient and resource-saving solutions into our construction projects Documentation: You create and test technical documentation taking into account legal requirements and internal standards

Complete study of supply technology, building technology or a comparable qualification Professional experience in planning, tendering, construction monitoring, billing and handover of building equipment Funded knowledge of the structures Heating, ventilation, and sanitary Safe handling of HOAI, VOB and relevant planning and project planning software Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods and quality and cost awareness Communication capability, team orientation and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
