Further development of the HR operation area with overall responsibility for team, results and performance Ensuring excellent HR operations and high service quality based on defined control characteristics Optimization and further automation of HR operations products Professional responsibility for payroll accounting incl. Control of external payroll service provider Professional cooperation with management and HR business partners Cooperation with service providers with consistent focus on quality, efficiency and economy Processing of complex contractual and individual cases in the AT and area of senior employees Identification, evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted solutions for efficiency improvement and quality improvement in HR operations Building expertise in the team and promoting the acceptance and use of AI tools in the operational HR everyday Close cooperation with HR IT and other interfaces to integrate modern technologies into existing HR system landscapes Discipline and professional leadership of the HR Operations Team

Your skills:

You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in a management function in the HR Service environment You have played a key role in the introduction of HR IT systems and the digitization of HR tools You have knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing You trade proactively, bring high social competence with you and have a “Hands-On Mentality” You like to work in the team and have excellent communication skills, great negotiation skills and are experienced in stakeholder management You show your own initiative, you have good judgment and you like to meet sound decisions You have a high affinity for digitalization and automation of HR IT systems You enjoy a dynamic working environment and flexibly adjust to changing situations You bring the willingness to regular missions to ensure close and trusting cooperation with your team members at two locations
