Consultancy and support: You accompany local organisational units in their change processes, analyze challenges and develop individual solutions together with managers. Moderation: You moderate workshops, meetings, and conflict talks, and ensure the transparency of information flow. Training: You train executives and employees: in the change management and builds compe­tences for the digi­tal transformation. Conflict processing: You recognize and resolve conflicts that arise in the course of change procedures. Evaluation: You will review the success of your actions and guide actions.

A completed study in psychology, economics / BWL, social sciences or a comparable area Multiannual experience in change management, digital transformation and/or organizational development Knowledge of change management methods and conflict and media management Communication strength, empathy and innovation readiness to travel nationwide
