Responsibility for finance and wealth, construction and real estate, daycare facilities, staff management and organisation of parish administration Ensuring the economic objectives of the church community Drafting of the budget and monitoring of implementation The further development of a service-oriented parish administration with the creation of new structures and processes Staff responsibility for the staff of the church community The representation of the church community in administrative matters to the outside Cooperation in the Administrative Board and with the bodies of the Church

A completed university degree, Bachelor or Master in one of the disciplines: public administration, law, BWL, VWL or comparable degree Leadership and experience as well as experience in the design of change processes Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Communication skills, team skills and high social competence Class B driving licence Affiliation to and identification with the röm.-kath. Church
